Level 1: Fire log pose
- Cross ankle over knee
- Keep flexed foot
Level 2: Half lotus pose
- Move heel into lower belly
- Keep knee in line with hip
Level 3: Full lotus pose
- Move both heels into lower belly
- Knees squeeze towards each other
Level 4: Headstand to lotus pose
- Begin in headstand
- Move into lotus
- Lower shins into armpits
- Press forward and lift the head up
Level 5: Handstand to lotus pose
- Begin in handstand
- Quickly move into lotus, keeping your balance
- Lower shins into armpits
- Press forward and lift the head up
